What was the project about?

League of Legends is a multiplayer online battle arena video game developed and published by Riot Games.

As part of the social media team we managed the Polish League of Legends social media accounts on Instagram, X, and Facebook. My job was to create and plan posts, reply to comments and messages, adapt content for Polish community members, and stay updated on what’s trending.

Creating reports

One of my primary responsibilities was creating detailed reports analyzing post performance, including engagement, reach, and other key metrics. These reports also covered community sentiment, summaries of actions taken, and recommendations for optimizing future content.
